Egypt Investment Forum

Under the patronage of H.E. Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, president of the Arab Republic of Egypt, take place on 3rd – 4th February 2018 at the Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, the third “Egyptian Investment Forum”. The forum was organized by the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and the Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Association of Arab Chambers.

The forum was held after the new investment law and its implementing rules were issued in Egypt, giving the opportunity to discuss recent developments as well as stimulus and reform. New investors interested in the Egyptian market were visited the forum along with their already established peers.

The aim of the forum was to discuss the different stages of the development and reform of the investment climate, illustrating the large-scale development projects, the job opportunities they bring, and how well the local private sector and foreign investments responded to government efforts until the present and prospects of Arab and foreign investment in Egypt .

Ministers, officials, experts, entrepreneurs and investors from Egypt and various Arab states have shared their experiences with representatives of regional and international business people and funding institutions.

Our Arab-Slovak Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture is already known in the Arab world and accepted an invitation to an investment forum in Egypt. We represented the possibilities of our members as both producers and service providers who can deliver products and services on the Arab market. The Egyptian market is very interesting for our members, as Egypt’s growth has increased again both in the construction of new units and in the stability and growth of the economy. Our Chamber has gained an extraordinary opportunity for its members to participate in the Egyptian market.
